Orders take 2–7 working days ✨

POLICY:
• Orders with more than 2 items are not allowed to be opened or inspected upon delivery.

• For other orders, you can open the package while the courier is waiting to check the fabric, color, and size visually before receiving it. Please note that trying on some products during delivery may not be allowed.

• Size exchange is available within 24 hours for the same product, subject to availability.

• Orders with multiple items cannot be partially received or separated. Please make sure you want the full order before shipping.

• If you decide not to take one item from a multi-item order, the shipping company may require the whole order to be returned, and a new order must be placed for the selected item. Shipping fees will apply for both shipments.

• To return , kindly hand the shipment back to the courier before they leave and pay the shipping fees.

• Shipping fees apply whether the order is received or refused.
• Website orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
